I never received a confirmation when I signed up.
The most likely reason you didn't receive the confirmation email was a typographical error in the email address submitted. It's also possible your inbox was full and the email "bounced" or your email settings flagged the confirmation email as "spam" and put it in your "junk" folder or deleted it. Please contact the billing company that appears on your credit card statement from the links on the Password Help page to get your information resent to you.
 
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership select the correct link for the billing company that appears on your credit card statement from the Billing Support Page.
 

Passwords

 
I forgot my username/password.
You should have received a confirmation email with your username and password when you signed up. If you cannot find your confirmation email please select the link for the billing company that appears on your credit card statement from the Password Help Page.
 

Video/Movies

 
I'm having problems with the chat rooms or live video features.
Browser versions earlier than Netscape and AOL 3.0 and I.E. 4.0 do not support chat rooms or live videos properly. If your browser version meets these minimum requirements make sure you have Java enabled.
 
I have WEB TV and the videos don't work.
Viewing videos over the internet requires a "real" computer. At this time we are unaware of any versions of WEB TV that support internet video.
 

Pictures

 
Your pictures are too bright or unclear.
This is usually an issue for AOL users. Set your preferences so that web graphics are NOT compressed.
 
Why do I have to scroll to view the pictures?
Our sites were design for a screen resolution of 800 x 600. Check the display setting of your monitor to make sure it is at least 800 x 600.
 
Why do the pictures take so long to load?
Our sites were designed for a minimum connection speed of 28.8K modems. If you have at least a 28.8K modem and are experiencing slow connections check with your ISP for any internal network issues or known internet backbone problems that may be occuring. Certain other programs you may be running, such as instant messaging, peer to peer applications, and download managers can cause serious degregation to your connection speed.

Use the form on the Contact Page to report any broken links or other problems for immediate correction.
 
Will you be sending me anything in the mail?
We will never send anything to you by mail. Your address was only required for credit card verification by our billing processors and is completely confidential and secure.
